At Ballet FUNdamentals, we believe that it's never too late to start.  We encourage learning in an friendly, fun, non-intimidating environment.  Through training, you will improve self confidence, posture, fitness, flexibility, music appreciation, memory and life!  . 

Ballet is a difficult discipline, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun.  Using an eclectic approach from Vaganova and RAD methods, the goal is to teach things correctly and concisely, with the primary focus on building technique.  Strength and flexibility come with repetition.
